Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not generally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take longer than usual.
3. Shipping Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address, carrier, and other circumstances.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request photographs of the package and product to help us investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. Multiple Shipments
Depending on product availability and fulfillment arrangements, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.
If this happens, you may receive separate shipping confirmation and tracking information.
10. Delivery Address and P.O. Boxes
Shipping availability for P.O. boxes, military addresses, and other special destinations may vary depending on the carrier and product.
If a destination is not supported, the available shipping options may not appear during checkout.

RestroPro is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs or regulatory issues, or other unforeseen events.
